I didn't get what I ordered. A beautiful expensive ratten basket was replaced with a very cheap, very thin wooden style one. I can't complain about the flowers....they were nice. But my order looked nothing like the picture on the website from which I ordered. I emailed to complain. The email went to two different emai addresses. One of them answered.....with a, "leave it with us". That was on the 24th April and I've had no reply since.
